He had no patience on the phone with me, even though my order was simply a large cheese pizza with 2 20oz diet cokes, and didn't even tell me the total of the order. I had to call back and still dealt with Jonathan and he had no patience. I was friendly both times on the phone but he was not willing to fully engage in a conversation. Not a great first impression from this restaurant in terms of customer service. Let's hope the food tastes good because not impressed with customer service via ordering over the phone.March 08, 2017
